1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the user and dapat24 concerning use of the website and any available gambling-related service. 10Availability, Liability and Service Changes

Maintenance, device compatibility, internet failure, payment provider disruption, event-feed errors or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability. Users should avoid waiting until the final moments before an event begins to place a wager.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, dapat24 is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from user error, unauthorised credential sharing, unsupported devices or third-party network failure. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

dapat24 may update content, game availability, payment options or these Terms & Conditions when operational, legal or security requirements change. Material revisions will take effect from the stated date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11Privacy, Complaints and Contact
